eLearning Solution for Coaches & Education Providers, with Membership Tiers.

A complete system to manage online training / course selling with membership tiers, from registrations to online checkout to restricted access of lessons in eLearning system, which comes with integrated videos, lesson descriptions, 1on1 communication tools, test / quiz setup, performance tracking and certifications - all in automation.

1. Personal Branding Website

Professional profile about Simone, and overview of services. Includes About page, contact page, Blog system and coaching programs listing.

2. Coaching Programs Sales Funnel

(a) Sales Page : Course introduction, what’s included, program details, price, real clients testimonials, frequently asked questions, about Coach section

With Promotions : Special early bird price / extra bonuses included

(b) Optin page - registration form : captured details will be recorded in the email autoresponder. After form submission, will be redirected to a page with instructions to check registered email for confirmation request, an enforcement of email double-optin process.

(c ) Registered email validation : Automated email will be sent - a request to confirm email, as validation that registered email is active to receive future emails. Once confirmed, will be redirected to the checkout page.

3. Online checkout system

(a) Automated checkout system with integrated payment gateways : Stripe, Paypal.

(b) Coupon codes to be applied for discounted checkout prices, with preset quota of promotion expiry date and quantity of coupon allowed to be claimed.

(c) Includes process of creating login email and password for restricted members areas - members-only information release and elearning syllabus access.

Included in setup :

All email messages with sender name of custom email can be set to be redirected to personal Gmail

4. Communication Tools : Contact form + Booking Calendar

(a) Online contact forms to leave personal messages via email.

(b) Booking system that shows available hour slots for personal 1on1 discovery call with the coach. The booking system comes with the flexibility to control appointment duration, day and time of availability, number of calls allowed, number of people allowed per session, setting up reminders... and more.

(a) Email autoresponder (all students registered are compiled in one list, and can be further contacted via email sequences - notifications, materials sharing, announcements, upcoming promotions..etc.)

(b) Social Links (connecting to social accounts for more materials and networking purpose)

(d) Calendar Booking App (make appointments with instructor / coach, can be integrated with Zoom)

5. Email marketing autoresponder setup

Included in setup :

Automated notification to the host and lead’s email registered in booking form

Appointment reminder message (optional)

Leads details captured in Autoresponder system list

Email messages with sender name of custom email can be set to be redirected to personal Gmail

Integration of booking app with personal calendar - will appear as an event in google calendar connected to booking system in BA

Integration with Zoom account for meeting link sharing

6. eLearning Portal - eLearning syllabus access

Where all the online videos and modules are stored for access by students - lessons by modules, tests / quiz, bonus releases, downloadable links / materials. Accessible from any desktop and mobile devices with internet connection.

(a) Content : the video player / image holder /PDF viewer) and below you can add texts and images regarding the lesson.

(b) Comments : Students can leave comments (open or hidden for coach only) in texts format, and also attach files to the comments.

7. Membership System with restricted members resources

Restricted member pages access are released according to preset instructions - by level of membership, or package purchased. Access can be controlled by login credentials that applies only after payment process was completed, or to be given an access token.

The main page - members homepage - once a member logs in to a restricted area. Consists of content release / overview of what is purchased for that specific level of membership : access to members-only resources, special announcements, downloadable materials, unpublished videos, coaching calendars, direct link to closed FB group / LIVE events, closed blogs, member priced store selling products / services…. and so on.

8. Branding kit & Graphic design
