1. Personal Branding Website

A professional profile about Janet and her pilates journey as a coach, including overview of her services in custom 1on1 coaching programs..

2. Coaching program sales funnels (optin/ registration)

(a) Sales Page : Course introduction, what’s included, program details, price, real clients testimonials, frequently asked questions, about Coach section

(b) Optin page - registration form : captured details will be recorded in the email autoresponder. After form submission, will be redirected to a page with instructions to check registered email for confirmation request, an enforcement of email double-optin process.

(c ) Registered email validation : Automated email will be sent - a request to confirm email, as validation that registered email is active to receive future emails. Once confirmed, will be redirected to the checkout page.

3. Online Sales Checkout System

(a) Automated checkout system with integrated payment gateways : Stripe, Paypal.

(b) Includes process of creating login email and password for restricted members areas - members-only information release and elearning syllabus access.

Included in setup :

Automated email - invoice sent to customer’s email

Automated email - username and password for restricted member area

All email messages with sender name of custom email can be set to be redirected to personal Gmail

4. Communication Tools: Social media, Booking Calendar, Contact Forms

(a) Online contact forms to leave personal messages via email.

(b) Calendar Booking App (make appointments with instructor / coach, can be integrated with Zoom). The booking system shows available hour slots for personal 1on1 LIVE class with the coach.

5. Email marketing autoresponder setup

(a) Automated notification to the coach and client’s email registered in booking form

(b) Appointment reminder message 1 ahead before it begins.

(d) Integration of booking app with personal calendar - appear as an event in google calendar connected to booking system

(e) Integration with Zoom account for meeting link sharing

6. Membership Site with restricted members resources

Restricted member pages access are released according to preset instructions - by level of membership, or package purchased. Access can be controlled by login credentials that applies only after payment process was completed, or to be given an access token.

Plus Members dashboard - The main page once a member logs in to a restricted area - consists of content release : access to members-only resources, special announcements, downloadable materials, unpublished videos, coaching calendars, direct link to members-only 1on1 Zoom scheduling.

7. Graphic design

For images, branding kit (Email headers and footers), Social posts, blogs and all training videos thumbnails.
